Our Identity
Making food sustainable is an initiative promoted by the organisation’s founder Claude Bontorin back in 2005. The path has not been without difficulties, but consistency and a sense of responsibility have been our fuel. Today we are a group that aims to support innovative initiatives to ensure access to quality healthy food for all consumers by leading them towards more sustainable paths. Various actors are actively involved in our network, including companies, governmental organisations and individuals. In short, sustainable food is crucial for the health of our planet and people. It involves farmers, food companies and consumers, all committed to creating an agri-food system that respects people, land and the environment.

It has been active since 2011 throughout the national and European territory with the main objective of encouraging consumers to orient themselves towards the adoption of healthy lifestyles and the implementation of more environmentally friendly practices, thus developing a culture of sustainable living that embraces more areas of our daily lives. Through information and practical activities we encourage behaviours such as conscious consumption and sustainable waste management.
Our driver is sustainably action
We have structured an education, training and information program, which involves companies, professionals, public bodies and educational institutions of all levels and degrees. In addition to informing, the goal is to make concretely available all the tools and products that can then allow consumers to make their own food and environmental choices in a free and conscious way.
